COLE MITCHELL
Cole brings several years of entrepreneurial and operational leadership experience to Frontier, including overseeing operations for a 100+ employee apartment waste startup through its successful acquisition in 2020.
A lover of all things outdoors, Cole is an avid fly angler and gardener. He also serves at Regents School of Austin as a football and track coach.
Having attended Texas A&M previously, Cole has now returned to school to finish his degree. He and his wife, Caroline, live in Austin, Texas.

LOGAN WELSH
Logan is a trained civil engineer with experience at multiple firms and a strong exposure to the world of venture capital, including time at Draper Associates. Additionally, he is an adept coder and seasoned program builder, having worked on multiple AI-driven initiatives.
An avid jazz fan, Logan is an accomplished classical musician. You can routinely find him playing gigs all across the “Live Music Capital of the World”.
A San Antonio native, Logan promptly moved back to Central Texas after receiving his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M in 2022.
